Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please note that no refunds can be issued if you select Standard delivery option (with no tracking) from outside Switzerland. Please make sure to select the "With Tracking" shipping option if you want to be informed of the whereabouts of your parcel.
