- Custom orders and personalized jewellery can only be returned or exchanged if they arrived damaged or defective.

- We welcome custom order requests! Please get in touch with us with your ideas, and we will do our best to bring them to life.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time and a non-refundable deposit, which will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
